In 2014 Cory & Tannia have also been part of a renovation project of an estate of their own, which gave Cory & Tannia vital experience and knowledge in the creation and construction of custom homes in Mexico.

Cory Bronson, originally from Montreal Canada, worked at Paradise Village for over 14 years and was one of their top sellers. Growing and evolving for the good has always been the goal of Cory and his wife. Because of such they now opened their own Real estate practice. Cory & Tannia have over 40 years of experience in the high end tropical resort real estate market of Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Nayarit. Being trilingual, Cory and Tannia offer their clients the comfort to express themselves in their mother tongue, whether it be English, French or Spanish, in order to fully understand their client’s real estate needs and wants.
Graduating from the college of natural health sciences with a degree in natural medicine, it did not take Cory long to switch to one of his passions – real estate. After only 1 year of practicing Natural medicine in Mexico, Cory’s real estate career began in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. Dedication and persistence allowed Cory and Tannia to become the top Salespersons in the Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Nayarit area, in large part due to the economic downturn in 2008, pushing their limits and bringing them out of their comfort zone to become as successful and productive as they has been.
